Join us for a transformative workshop led by ritualist and Latvian traditional pirts master Agate Silova, in collaboration with Cool Move. This immersive experience brings the ancestral wisdom of the four elements—earth, fire, air, and water—into a modern setting.
We will work with Baltic and Mediterranean plants, exploring their qualities and learning how they are used in sauna rituals for cleansing, protection, and renewal. Fire burns away what no longer serves, water poured on the rocks creates steam, air flows through the rising vapors, and plants embody the earth element. The water element is present throughout the sauna experience—in the herbal steam, in our bodies through sweat, and finally through cold exposure, mirroring traditional practices where all four elements work together to transform and restore. The session concludes with shamanic-style breathwork to integrate the experience.
