A one-to-one healing session held in a calm, grounded space on a massage table. Gentle on the body, yet rooted in the same ancestral and elemental wisdom of pirts work. Through touch, breath, sound, plants, and subtle energy, the body is invited to soften, remember, and restore itself—naturally, in its own time. Slow, inward, and deeply regulating, this session offers a nurturing space for those seeking profound somatic healing without extremes.

How the Session Unfolds

We begin by grounding and clarifying your intention, creating a safe and present foundation for the session. From here, I intuitively select the tools and practices needed to support your process.

Through touch, presence, breath, sound, plants, and subtle energy, we work with the body as a living, intelligent system—capable of releasing, remembering, and rebalancing itself when given the right conditions. Slow and inward, this work is deeply regulating for the nervous system and suitable for a wide range of bodies and life situations.

You remain on the massage table throughout the session. Depending on what arises, the work may include:

  • Therapeutic & intuitive massage — a gentle, flowing return to alignment

  • Energy work (including Reiki-based techniques) — supporting the body’s natural intelligence

  • Sound healing & shamanic drumming — moving and transforming energy

  • Voice work & vibrational toning — releasing tension and restoring resonance

  • Cord clearing or energetic release work — freeing what no longer serves

  • Plant allies, such as Mapacho (ritual tobacco) — sacred and protective when called upon

  • Amber (Baltic gold) — grounding, energizing, and connecting with ancestral wisdom

  • Guided inner journeying or regression-style work, if naturally arising — gently uncovering insight and integration

No two sessions are the same. The work responds to what your body, energy, and nervous system are ready to meet.

This ritual may not be suitable if you are:

  • Experiencing acute physical injury or inflammation

  • In a severe or unmanaged mental health crisis

  • Under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

  • In the first trimester of pregnancy (please reach out to discuss later stages)

  • Living with a condition that makes touch or altered states unsafe or distressing

  • Uncomfortable with gentle physical contact or somatic exploration

Practical Information

Language

Words are secondary in ritual work. I sing in my native language and guide intuitively. I speak English fluently and understand Spanish and Russian. Even without shared language, the ritual communicates beyond words.

Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dusted—after the session, your body may carry a gentle shimmer of amber, a reminder of the ritual’s magic.
