Traditional Baltic Healing Rituals & Beyond

Latvian Witch rituals are spaces of return — to the body, to nature, and to ancestral memory. Rooted in Latvian folk wisdom and pirts traditions, and informed by elemental and shamanic practices found across cultures, these rituals reconnect modern humans with ancient ways of cleansing, healing, and renewal.

At the heart of Latvian Witch rituals is the wisdom of the four elements. Fire transforms and releases what no longer serves. Water cleanses, softens, and restores flow. Air carries breath, spirit, and awareness. Earth grounds through plants, herbs, and the living intelligence of the natural world. Within ritual sauna settings and ceremonial gatherings, these elements work together to support embodiment, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening.

Plants are central allies in Latvian Witch rituals. Baltic and Mediterranean herbs are used with intention, honoring their qualities, stories, and traditional roles in protection, cleansing, and renewal. Through heat, steam, scent, touch, breath, and cold exposure, participants are guided into embodied experience rather than concept — allowing the body to remember ancient rhythms.

Latvian Witch rituals are not performances or spectacles. They are carefully held spaces where ancestral knowledge meets modern life, offering grounding, clarity, and reconnection in a fast-moving world. Each ritual is an invitation to slow down, listen, and restore balance with oneself and with nature.

Roots of a Latvian Witch

I am Agate — a practitioner nurtured by the ancestral wisdom of my Baltic and Slavic roots. My work flows through the primal elements of fire, earth, air, and water, not as abstract concepts, but as living currents. These teachings are not learned from books; they are a lineage that pulses through my blood, whispered by my ancestors, shaped by my teachers, and etched into the very lands that raised me.

My journey

All of my work is rooted in the wisdom of the four elements—Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. My foundation comes from the Baltic healing tradition and the pirts ritual, a space where elemental medicine naturally comes alive. While the pirts is the most powerful container for this work, I also offer sessions outside the pirts environment, always guided by the same elemental principles.
