How the Session Unfolds
We begin by grounding and clarifying your intention, creating a safe foundation for exploration. The session combines breath, somatic guidance, and gentle energetic support to help your body release tension, blockages, and stored trauma.
Through conscious breathing, guided movement, sound, and energy work, the body is invited to remember its innate intelligence—how to release, restore, and realign itself. The process is both dynamic and gentle, supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual integration.

Practical Information
Language
Each session is guided intuitively, speaking directly to your body and energy. I am fluent in English and Latvian and understand Spanish and Russian, but breathwork transcends words, creating a connection beyond language.
What to Prepare
Wear comfortable clothing and have a quiet space where you can lie down, breathe freely, and move gently. A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow may help you feel supported.
