This immersive ritual draws inspiration from ancestral practices shared across cultures, where communities worked with the elements to heal, receive vision, and reconnect with life’s sacred flow.

    In Valencia, I collaborate with Cool Move to craft immersive sauna experiences that combine heat, breathwork, cold exposure, and the intelligence of herbs and plants. These events are designed to awaken the nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect participants with their bodies, blending ancient wisdom with practices adapted for modern life.
