Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2025These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of sessions offered by Agate Silova (trading as Latvian Witch), including The Amber Ritual, Shamanic Journeying, and Pirts & Banya Ritual sessions, held at Saged Club, C/ de les Cuines 8, Valencia, Spain and at other locations as applicable.
By booking a session you agree to these terms in full.
Booking & DepositAll sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling. A non-refundable deposit of €30 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the session.
Cancellation by YouIf you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is retained. Late cancellations may be considered on a case by case basis at my discretion — please reach out directly.
No-ShowIf you do not attend your session and have not contacted me, the deposit is forfeited and the session is considered cancelled.
Cancellation by MeIn the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Nature of the WorkThe sessions offered are complementary healing practices and are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any other regulated healthcare. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions relevant to your participation before the session begins.
Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

Health & Liability Disclaimer
Last updated: May 2025The sessions offered by Agate Silova — including The Amber Ritual, Shamanic Journeying, and Pirts & Banya Ritual — are complementary healing practices. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, mental health treatment, or any other regulated healthcare. If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your doctor before booking.
Your ResponsibilityBy booking a session you confirm that you have read the contraindications listed on the relevant service page and that none apply to you, or that you have discussed any applicable conditions with me prior to booking. You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session.
ContraindicationsBreathwork (Shamanic Journeying): not recommended for those with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, active psychosis, schizophrenia, severe psychiatric conditions, history of strokes, severe respiratory conditions, or during pregnancy (first trimester).
Bodywork (The Amber Ritual): not offered during the first trimester of pregnancy. Later stages are discussed individually.
Heat therapy (Pirts & Banya Ritual): not recommended for those with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, acute inflammatory conditions, fever, active skin conditions or open wounds, epilepsy, or during pregnancy.
Limitation of LiabilityAgate Silova accepts no liability for any physical, emotional or psychological responses that arise during or following a session, provided that all reasonable care has been taken and that you have accurately disclosed relevant health information prior to participation.

Gift Card Policy
Last updated: May 2025Gift cards are available for all sessions offered by Agate Silova and make a meaningful gift for someone ready to begin this work.
ValidityGift cards are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Sessions must be booked and completed within this period. Expired gift cards cannot be extended, redeemed or refunded.
RedemptionTo redeem a gift card, contact agatesilova@gmail.com with your gift card details before booking. Gift cards are applied against the session price at the time of booking.
Non-RefundableGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are transferable — the recipient does not need to be the original purchaser.
CancellationStandard cancellation terms apply to sessions booked with a gift card. If a session is cancelled with sufficient notice, the gift card value is reinstated for use within the original validity period.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2025This Privacy Policy explains how Agate Silova (trading as Latvian Witch) collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What Data I CollectWhen you book a session through Acuity Scheduling, the following data is collected: your name, email address, phone number, and any health information you voluntarily provide in the booking intake form. If you sign up to my mailing list, I collect your email address.
How I Use Your DataYour data is used solely to manage your booking, communicate with you about your session, and — if you have subscribed — to send you updates and newsletters. I do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties.
Third PartiesBookings are processed through Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace product). This website is hosted on Squarespace. Both platforms have their own privacy policies which I encourage you to review.
How Long I Keep Your DataBooking records are retained for up to 2 years for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your RightsUnder GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data I hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for mailing list communications at any time by unsubscribing.
