Voice & Breathwork
Natural Voice Opening and Intuitive Breathwork with Agate Silova
A session that begins with natural voice exploration and moves into deep intuitive breathwork, accompanied by drum and sound. For the nervous system, stuck emotions, and freeing the voice so you can live a little more truthfully.
Voice, breath and what they move
My relationship with breathwork began through years of yoga practice, pranayama and working with different teachers and traditions. Over time I noticed that technique could only take me so far. What actually opened something was learning to follow the breath rather than direct it. The body already knew what it needed. My work became to hold the space for that.
This session begins with natural voice opening. Not singing, not performance. Just free sound moving through the body, exploratory and without goal. This matters more than it might seem. The mouth, jaw and womb develop from the same embryonic tissue. Releasing tension in the jaw or throat can directly release tension in the pelvic floor. The vagus nerve runs through the throat, connects to the diaphragm, and regulates the stress response. When we breathe and sound together, we are speaking directly to the nervous system.
Learning to let sound move freely can shift things that words alone cannot reach.
From the voice work we move into deep intuitive breathwork, accompanied by drum. The drum is not decoration. A steady monotonic rhythm at around 4 to 7 beats per second naturally brings the brain into a slower brainwave state, the same range as deep meditation or the edge of sleep. In that quieter state the body relaxes its usual guard and what has been held beneath the surface becomes easier to feel and to release.
The session closes with singing bowls. Sound moves through water and tissue, helping the nervous system settle what has been stirred. This is somatic work for nervous system regulation, emotional release and full body reset. I hold the space and follow where the breath leads.
How it unfolds
Each session finds its own pace. There is a structure, but no fixed script. What comes up in the room is what we work with.
We begin by talking. What are you carrying today? Is there something you want to move through, or do you come with an open page? There is no right answer. Sometimes the most useful starting point is simply: let what needs to come, come. We take a few minutes to settle into the body before we begin.
We start with the voice. Not singing, not performance, just free sound moving through the body. Toning, humming, sighing, whatever wants to come. This is a creative and exploratory process with no goal other than to let something that is often held begin to move. The throat and jaw hold a great deal. Releasing them opens the whole body downward, including the belly, the diaphragm and the pelvic floor. Many people are surprised by what comes up here.
From the voice work we move into breathwork, accompanied by drum. The drum holds a steady monotonic rhythm that naturally slows the brain down into a quieter state, the same range as deep rest or the edge of sleep. In this state, the body relaxes its usual guard and what has been sitting beneath the surface becomes easier to feel and release. The breath is not directed. Your body already knows what it needs. I follow, not lead. Emotions may arise, images, memories, or simply a very deep stillness. Everything that comes is welcome.
The session closes with singing bowls. The vibration moves through water and tissue, helping the nervous system settle what has been stirred. This is not background music. It is the final layer of the work. We stay with it until the body has landed. The session ends when it is ready to end, not when the clock says so.
Open to everyone
No prior experience with breathwork or voice work is needed. You do not need to be able to sing or know what you are looking for. Willingness to show up and be present is enough.
- Carrying stress, emotional heaviness, or tension you cannot seem to shift
- Feeling stuck, flat, or disconnected from yourself
- Going through a difficult period and wanting to process something physically rather than just talk about it
- Curious about the voice and what it holds
- Looking for a full body reset that goes deeper than sleep
- Wanting to feel your emotions move rather than sit
- Simply drawn here without knowing exactly why, that is enough
- Breathwork can bring up strong emotions and physical sensations. This is normal and usually safe, but if you have a history of trauma, panic attacks, or dissociation, please contact me before booking so we can talk it through
- If you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe respiratory issues, or are pregnant, please speak to your doctor first and get in touch before booking
- If you are in acute mental health crisis, please seek professional support first. This work can complement that, but it is not a replacement
- Come with a light stomach. Give yourself the evening afterwards if you can. This is not a session to rush out of

What people carry home
I came here with no expectations and received something I never anticipated. Afterward I feel so much lighter, both physically and mentally. I feel calm. This was exactly what I needed right now. From the bottom of my heart, my deepest gratitude for this magical evening. Thank you for doing this.
A huge thank you! This was a WOW experience, incredibly powerful, both energetically and physically. Purification, the release of blockages, the clearing of energy channels. I feel like I've been reset to a blank page and at the same time lifted higher, opened wider, and smiling with my whole being.
Beautiful, magical, free! Thank you for this meeting, not only with you, but with myself. Moving through life, through the sauna, is a true blessing. Thank you for the safe space, the smiles, and the conversations. You are one of our earth's most precious gifts, someone who, together with others, builds something truly meaningful.
I am so grateful for your generosity, your authenticity, your openness. It is such a gift to be truly present, here and now, and that is exactly what you gave me. To stop. To be with myself. To look at my own soul. Beauty lives in clarity. I want to hold on to so much of this feeling. ALL IS LOVE.
Everything begins and everything ends with remembering. Everything that was, everything that is, all of it made of love, faith, and unity. You who are ancient, you who are new. You who are here and also far away.
Dear, Divine, thank you for remembering. In feeling, in a glance, in a touch, in a sound. For the sense of unity. For feeling rooted. In your deep, infinite eyes, eternity.
Meeting Agate could fill an entire fairy tale. From the very first moment it was clear that something special would emerge. Her lightness and magic gently carried me into the depths of the sauna world. I don't even like saunas. And I'm quite cautious with unfamiliar feelings. But Agate masterfully unlocked my inner "control freak." To meet the light you must first pass through the darkness. And miraculously it's not as terrifying as it might seem, because in Agate's presence everything unknown and scary transforms into clarity. I'm now ready to open up even more.
This was a deeply intense and equally necessary experience, liberating and guiding, bringing you closer to yourself and your own potential. Agate was just as much a part of this process as I was. Without her, it would not have been nearly as effective. If you feel like you need to move forward but don't know where, this process will absolutely help lead you to your own path. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself.
Nothing happens by accident. In my experience, when certain changes arrive in life, people appear out of nowhere who help you keep the right focus. This is one of those stories. It turned out far, far better than expected. After this experience, my whole understanding of what a sauna is completely changed. What I used to call a sauna before was definitely not this. It's something more, try it, words aren't enough.
Today I feel such harmony within myself, and I know that all of this was meant to happen. My soul has received love and nature's healing. It's no coincidence that sauna masters make incredible therapists, because in the sauna our souls meet, and conversations heal in a different way. All day I keep hearing the words: "Why does your ego need them to change?" and it has been a guiding thought for my own growth.
Today was something magical. It was my first sauna experience and I felt like I had been in another world the entire time. I cannot stop expressing my gratitude for your strength, your energy, and the magic you guided me through.
I had been longing for a real Latvian sauna with all the rituals and incantations, honey massage, salt massage, and everything else. It was fantastic. I enjoyed it and enjoyed it and enjoyed it. You delivered exactly what I saw in your ad, walking through the forest reciting ancient words. You delivered that and so much more.

Common Questions
If something is not answered here, you are always welcome to reach out before booking.
It is breathwork that does not follow a fixed pattern or technique. Instead of telling your body how to breathe, we create conditions where your body can find the breath it actually needs. This might be slow and still, or it might become deeper and more active. Whatever arises is followed rather than directed. After years of working with many different methods, I have found this approach opens the most territory.
It is a simple, exploratory process of letting sound move through the body freely. Not singing, not performance, just whatever wants to come out. Humming, toning, sighing, vowel sounds. The throat and jaw hold a lot of tension and opening them has a physical effect on the rest of the body, including the diaphragm and the pelvic floor, which are connected through the same fascial and nervous pathways. For many women especially, freeing the voice also frees something deeper.
A steady monotonic rhythm at around 4 to 7 beats per second naturally moves the brain into a slower brainwave state, the same range as deep meditation or the edge of sleep. This is documented physiology, not mysticism. In that quieter state, the body relaxes its usual alertness and what has been sitting beneath the surface becomes easier to feel and to release. The drum is a tool for nervous system regulation, not a ceremony.
It varies a lot from person to person and session to session. Some people feel emotions rising and releasing. Some feel physical sensations, tingling, warmth, heaviness lifting. Some go into a deep stillness. Some experience images or memories. Some simply rest more deeply than they have in a long time. There is no right experience. Everything that comes is information and everything is welcome.
No. An intention can be useful but it is not required. Sometimes the most honest starting point is simply: I do not know what I need, I just know I need something. That is more than enough to begin with.
No. Those are specific named methods with their own structures and frameworks. What I offer is not a named method. It draws on years of practice with many different traditions but does not belong to any of them. The session follows what is present in the room, not a predetermined structure.
Comfortable clothing you can lie down and breathe freely in. Come with a light stomach. Bring water. Give yourself time afterwards if you can. This is not a session to rush out of. Most people want to sit quietly for a while after.
Yes. Online sessions are 50 EUR and follow the same structure as in person. To get the most from it you will need a quiet room where you will not be disturbed for the full hour. Ideally a place where you feel completely free, somewhere you can make sound, move, cry, whatever wants to happen without holding back. A comfortable bed or sofa to lie down on, a blanket, an eye cover if you have one, and headphones. Good headphones make a real difference for the drum and sound bath. Let whoever you live with know you need uninterrupted time.
In person at Saged Club, C/ de les Cuines 8, Valencia. Look for the Saged Club sign above the glass door. Google Maps sometimes drops you on the street behind the building so if you do not see the sign just walk around the corner. Sessions are also available online. For online you will need a quiet space where you can be alone and undisturbed, with room to lie down comfortably.
